Deniz Çelikel's second book "Interpretation of the IPC in light of the decisions of the European Court of Justice (CJEU) Decisions" has been published.
Although the absolute and the relative grounds for refusal of trademarks are subject to relative evaluations such as similarities and likelihood of confusion, and trademark registration processes vary from country to country, the general principles remain unchanged. The decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) are the important sources of determinations regarding general principles.
In this book, case law examples of the judgments of the CJEU, which have an impact on the practices in Turkey, and the related interpretations are included. The decisions included in the book consist entirely of the author's own translations and interpretations based on her 15 years of experience as an expert witness.
Beside the experience related to industrial property rights we are ambitious with the quality of our services.
