Warning: Misleading Invoices and Letters

Trademark owners are receiving invitations to pay fees that do not come from TPTO and are unrelated to the processing of applications. Whatever services might be offered in such documents, they bear no connection to TPTO or to any of its official publications.

The requests are typically designed to look like legitimate ones from an official source, but are created by companies and individuals of various sources and origins, using official-sounding names and trying to mislead you.
