Mrs. Deniz Çelikel has over 11 years of experience as a patent and trademark attorney, as well as serving as the director of international relations in various law offices. On October 25, 2004, she founded Desi Patents & Trademarks Office, which later became Desi Patents & Trademarks Limited in 2021. Following our merger with MOMENTOFIS, we continue to grow and strengthen our capabilities.

Merger with Momentofis
Momentofis Patent and Trademark Limited will continue to services in the name of Desi Patents & Trademarks. Momentofis is one of the boutique IP law firms, which has been offering national and international legal services, including counselling and attorneyship in the scope of Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights since 2002 in Turkey.
Momentofis Patent and Trademark Limited which has been known as respectable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and experienced in the field of intellectual property, provides high-quality services to its domestic and foreign clients with its professional and experienced practitioners having powers and qualifications as patent attorneys before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office.
Between 1996 and 2002, Nuriye YAVAN, the co-founder and the director of Momentofis, was working for PARAGON, which was also one of the IP law firms in Turkey, as patent and trademark attorney, as well as the general manager and the chairman of the executive board of the firm. In 2002 after leaving the firm, she has founded Momentofis Patent and Trademark Limited and since then she has been offering legal services in particular on patents, utility models, trade and service marks, designs and geographical indications as patent and trademark attorney. Ms Yavan is member of AIPPI, EPI and PEM having powers and qualifications as patent and trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent & Trademark Office as well as the European Patent Office.
