Deniz Çelikel's third book "Interpretation of CJEU Approach to the Trademark Goods and Services Comparison" has been published.

 


In this book, case law examples of the judgments of the CJEU, which have an impact on the practices in Turkey, and the related interpretations are included. The decisions included in the book consist entirely of the author's own translations and interpretations based on her 15 years of experience as an expert witness.
